So why is it that I was working out, and running about 6 days a week and hardly lost weight ???
I was eating right; to the point that I felt I was depriving myself , and now that I've decided to just be happy with my body I've lost more weight in 2 weeks than in 3months of hitting the gym daily.///Dont get me wrong I'm very happy; the only thing I cut out was eating bread. Can it just be that I wasn't hung up on loosing it this time? Now I feel like I want to go running without the added pressure.
